Do I get discount for large orders?

Use the enquiry form on the related  product and detail what you are looking for.  We will then be able to offer you a discount code based on your requirements.

What is the minimum order quantity?

You just need to order 1 item although it may state in the item details that it comprises more than one piece.

How do I choose the right size?

The size availability is shown on the product page for all our range of products where appropriate. We try to show this in cm/mm and inches where possible.   It is important to remember that there may be a little shrinkage over time and it is always better to go for one size larger if unsure. Personalised garments cannot be returned or exchanged if they are ordered in the wrong size as they are produced to the customer’s needs only.

If you are buying for someone else, always check with them or go for that safety net of one size bigger. Remember it’s better for the garment to be a little large than not to fit at all.

How good does my artwork have to be?

The clipart that is already on our website is good to go as is. If you upload images, photos or similar  we ask for the best dpi possible (300 dpi or above preferably) .  If you want to send artwork in advance to see if it is achievable on the product of your choice then please  do so.  We can turn your idea into finished artwork in most cases free of charge.

Can I get my company colours?

If specific colours such as Pantones are needed to conform with corporate imaging we may only be able to offer very near matches.

What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?

If you are looking for something special then please contact us and we will try to help.  We are constantly searching for new items to feature on the website.

Can I order plain items?

The simple answer is yes. Just contact us.

How do you deliver my order?

This depends on the size of order and where it’s going. Generally in the UK parcels are sent by Royal Mail.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

We use Paypal as our payment gateway. You can anonymously use your credit/debit card or log in in the usual way.

What if I have a complaint?

In the rare event of there being a problem, we should be notified within 2 days of receipt by email or letter. The product should be returned. If the product is found to be faulty then it will be replaced and the cost of returning the goods refunded to the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
